Controller
The data controller is the organiser of the bronimylogistyki.pl initiative. The controller's full details and contact information for personal data matters will be added before the survey is launched.
Business survey
The survey does not require any data identifying the business or individuals. We store only the answers (encrypted), the language of the form and the day of submission. We do not store the IP address or device data. We use the data to prepare anonymous aggregated summaries published in the campaign.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: for the session and for protecting forms against CSRF attacks. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why we do not display a consent banner.
Security logs
The server may keep technical traffic logs for a short time in order to protect against attacks. Limiting the number of attempts to access the survey works on a hash of the IP address that is kept only in the cache for several dozen minutes.
Hosting and security
The website runs on servers in Poland. The connection is encrypted, and backups are made daily and stored outside the public directory.
Your rights
You have the right to information, access, rectification and erasure of personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). As the survey is anonymous, we can locate a submission only on the basis of the submission number and the secret code.
